The Opportunity
Fischetti Law Group is expanding its PIP (Personal Injury Protection) collections practice and is seeking experienced Marketing Representatives to build and grow relationships with medical providers across Florida's personal injury network. This is a relationship-driven role for someone who knows the industry — or is hungry to learn it — and wants to be rewarded on the value they create.
Your job is to introduce our firm to medical providers and secure working relationships in which we handle their PIP collection efforts — covering the provider's PIP claims from past matters through their current and ongoing collections. Once you bring a provider on board, you continue to earn for the entire duration of the firm's relationship with that client.
Who We're Looking For
We are especially interested in candidates with an established book of business and prior experience marketing within the personal injury community, including:
• Chiropractors
• Orthopedic practices and physicians
• MRI and diagnostic imaging companies
• Other PIP-eligible medical providers

Compensation & Structure
• Commission-based earnings tied directly to successful collections — you are paid on results the firm collects for the providers you
bring on.
• Residual, long-term earning potential: commissions continue for the entire duration of the firm's relationship with each client you sign.
• Strong earning upside — our top-performing marketers have built substantial, six-figure annual incomes. Earnings depend on the
relationships you build and the results collected; there is no cap on your success.
• 1099 independent contractor role — you control your own schedule and hours.
• Part-time is welcome, since compensation is based on the success of your collections.
