Pioneer GMP Consulting is building relationships with experienced life sciences professionals for current and future consulting opportunities across quality, compliance, validation, engineering, regulatory, technology, manufacturing, and operations.

Our consultants work as embedded partners within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic, dietary-supplement, medical-device, and CDMO organizations to solve complex problems, complete critical work, and strengthen regulated operations.

Opportunities may support capital projects, facility expansions, technology transfers, system implementations, inspection readiness, compliance remediation, operational readiness, manufacturing support, and continuous improvement.

What You May Do

Responsibilities vary by discipline, experience level, and client engagement. Depending on the opportunity, you may:

• Lead or support defined scopes within GMP-regulated environments
  
• Develop, review, execute, or manage regulated deliverables
  
• Support projects involving validation, quality systems, engineering, technology, manufacturing, regulatory, or operational readiness
  
• Manage deliverables, schedules, risks, vendors, and stakeholder communications
  
• Partner with cross-functional client teams to resolve issues and move work forward
  
• Communicate progress, risks, constraints, and support needs clearly
  
• Work as an embedded member of the client team while remaining accountable and connected to Pioneer
  
• Represent Pioneer with professionalism, technical credibility, sound judgment, and accountability
  

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications vary by opportunity, but successful candidates typically bring:

• Experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, cosmetic, dietary-supplement, medical-device, or CDMO environment
  
• Knowledge of cGMP requirements, good documentation practices, and applicable regulations or industry standards
  
• Technical expertise in one or more of Pioneer’s consulting disciplines
  
• Experience developing, reviewing, executing, or managing regulated work
  
• Strong communication, technical-writing, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  
• Ability to enter unfamiliar environments, become productive quickly, and manage priorities independently
  
• Ability to collaborate effectively with technical, operational, Quality, and leadership stakeholders
  
• Willingness to support remote, hybrid, onsite, or travel-based assignments when required
  
• Honest and timely communication regarding availability, scheduling, location, and travel limitations
  

Prior life sciences consulting, contract, staff-augmentation, remediation, cross-site, or external manufacturing experience is a strong differentiator. Candidates without a formal consulting title may still be a good fit if they have demonstrated adaptability, ownership, client-service skills, and the ability to work effectively in changing environments.

• Complete detailed individual-contributor work regardless of title or seniority
  
• Build trust and influence outcomes without formal authority
  
• Provide practical recommendations without compromising quality, compliance, or technical judgment
  
• Remain responsive and accessible during agreed-upon working hours
  
• Follow client procedures, protect confidential information, and maintain professional boundaries
  
• Represent Pioneer while working as an embedded member of the client team
  

Engagements and Future Assignments

The duration, schedule, location, travel, work arrangement, employment classification, and responsibilities will be communicated for each opportunity.

For regular, full-time W2 positions, employment with Pioneer is not intended to be limited to one client project. An initial engagement may be extended, shortened, delayed, or otherwise changed based on client and project needs. When an engagement concludes, Pioneer will work to identify another opportunity aligned with your experience and capabilities, but future assignments depend on client demand and cannot be guaranteed.

Project-based independent contractor opportunities are evaluated separately and do not guarantee assignments, hours, duration, or future work.
