1. Experience & Tools: 1–2+ years as a Graphic Designer/Photo Editor using Photoshop, Lightroom, and Figma, with hands-on experience or interest in AI tools (Runway, Generative Fill).

2. Ad & Photo Creation: Proven ability to create platform-specific ads (Meta, Google, Pinterest) and retouch high volumes of product photography for vintage/leather aesthetics.

3. Communication: Strong written and spoken English for daily remote collaboration with an international team.

4. Process & Output: Detail-oriented in following brand/CI guidelines and comfortable working under an efficient hourly-pay

5. Agility & Proactivity: Adaptable to fast-shifting priorities, open to performance-based design feedback, and reliable in meeting tight deadlines.
