Job Summary

Stewart Insurance, part of the Stewart family of companies, is seeking a kind, energetic, curious, and results-driven Personal Insurance Advisor to join our team and help drive new business growth while protecting what matters most to our clients.


Job Responsibilities

  • Promotes Stewart Insurance services and solutions through sales activities including consultative selling, relationship-building, and exceptional, client-tailored communication skills
  • Utilizes track record of service-first sales performance for business development and customer success
  • Follows standard procedures and guidelines while thriving in a client-focused, production-driven environment
  • Understands how assigned duties relate to others within the team and how the team integrates with related teams
  • Quickly earns trust of prospective clients while discovering and identifying each client’s coverage needs and risk exposures
  • Generates, manages, and closes a high volume of opportunities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail in a client-focused, production-driven environment
  • Impacts own team through the quality of the support provided
  • Recognizes and solves typical problems; selects solutions from established options
  • Communicates moderately complex information in routine situations to team to deliver exceptional client experiences
  • Works under general supervision with limited ability to modify approach
  • Individual contributor having no supervisory responsibilities; manages own workload
  • Performs all other duties as assigned by management


Education

  • High school diploma required; Bachelor’s preferred


Experience

  • General Lines Agent – Property & Casualty License
  • Property & Casualty sales experience (personal lines preferred)
  • Proficiency with computer systems and CRM platforms
  • A proven track record of high-volume, high-quality sales performance with consistent achievement of sales goals
  • Typically requires 2+ years of related work experience
