Lonestar Land Services is seeking an experienced Permitting Agents to staff current and future projects in Texas.

You MUST have experience and any Real Estate or Right of Way licenses for the given state you would work in. In Texas, you must have either a Real Estate or a Right of Way license with the Texas Real Estate Commission. 

We are looking for Permit Agents for several projects around Texas including west Texas and Houston areas.

Responsibilities

  • Negotiate and secure right-of-way and easement agreements with various entities.
  • Acquire surface agreements, access agreements, and damage settlements as required.
  • Coordinate with survey, engineering, and project management teams.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and reporting throughout the acquisition process.
  • Meet acquisition targets and project deadlines with limited supervision.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2+ years of direct Right-of-Way acquisition AND Permitting experience.
  • Experience on pipeline, midstream, utility, or infrastructure projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and close easements.
  • Willing to work in the areas you note in the following application.
  • You must have experience with TxDOT, Railroads, Counties and other government, municipal and railroad entities.




Requirements

Qualification Requirements (minimum and preferred requirements):
  • 2+ years of experience in right of way, title, land acquisition, or real estate, specifically in acquiring permits for pipelines and overhead electric.
  • Good working knowledge of title research, land ownership, and property records across multiple jurisdictions
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
  • Comfortable with nationwide travel when required and working in both field and remote environments
