Role Overview
- Some marketers launch campaigns. Others build momentum.
- As our Performance Marketing Specialist, you'll be the driving force behind digital growth—transforming data into action, clicks into qualified leads, and marketing spend into measurable business results.
- You'll take ownership of paid media performance across Meta and Google, strengthen tracking and attribution, support SEO initiatives, and uncover opportunities to improve conversions across the customer journey. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimize Meta advertising campaigns.
- Build, launch, and manage Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor and improve campaign performance across channels.
- Conduct testing across audiences, creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
- Maintain tracking accuracy using Google Tag Manager (GTM), GA4, Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking tools.
- Ensure lead data flows correctly into CRM and marketing automation platforms.
- Support on-page SEO improvements.
- Provide recommendations on messaging, creative assets, and conversion opportunities.
- Produce monthly performance reports and insights.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging digital marketing opportunities.
- Drive lead generation growth through paid media initiatives.
- Improve campaign efficiency and return on investment (ROI).
- Optimize conversion rates across digital channels.
- Build reliable tracking and attribution systems.
- Translate marketing data into actionable business recommendations.
- Identify opportunities for sustainable digital growth.
Requirements
Required Qualifications (Must-Have):
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing paid media campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with:
- Meta Ads Manager
- Google Ads
- Google Tag Manager (GTM)
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
- Meta Pixel
- Conversion tracking tools
- WordPress
- CRM platforms
- Marketing automation tools
- Strong understanding of:
- Lead generation
- Campaign optimization
- Attribution
- Performance reporting
- Conversion-focused marketing
- Ability to analyze campaign performance and provide actionable recommendations.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage priorities effectively.

- Work Setup: Fully Remote / Work From Home.
- Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.
- Time: Day-shift (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM AWST).
