Summary

At Design Shopp, we don’t just create visually stunning websites and marketing campaigns—we build meaningful connections, embrace challenges, and foster a culture of innovation.

Our international team spans Canada, France, Brazil and the Philippines, with our creative heart in Montreal. We value collaboration, accountability, curiosity, and people who are motivated to continuously improve.

We’re looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist to help manage, optimize, and grow paid digital campaigns across multiple client accounts.

This is not simply a campaign monitoring role. We’re looking for someone who can analyze performance, identify opportunities, recommend next steps, and take ownership of results.

What We Really Value

Performance & Results Mindset

You look beyond impressions, clicks, and surface-level metrics. You understand how campaigns contribute to leads, conversions, revenue, CPA, ROAS, and overall client objectives.

Analytical Thinking

You can interpret campaign data, recognize trends, diagnose performance issues, and turn numbers into clear recommendations and actionable next steps.

Proactive Optimization

You don't wait for someone to tell you what to optimize. You regularly review campaigns, identify opportunities, test improvements, and communicate what you are doing and why.

Ownership & Accountability

You take responsibility for the accounts and tasks assigned to you. You monitor budgets, campaign health, tracking, disapproved ads, and performance—and raise concerns before they become bigger problems.

Clear Communication

You can clearly explain performance, recommendations, and challenges to project managers and other team members. You communicate early when something requires attention.

Collaborative Mindset

You work well with project managers, coordinators, designers, developers, SEO specialists, and other marketers to achieve client goals.

What We're Looking For

We are especially interested in someone who can look at a campaign report and go beyond:

"Conversions increased by 15% this month."

We want someone who can explain:

Why did conversions increase? What changed? What worked? What didn't? What opportunities do you see? What should we test or change next month?

We value specialists who bring recommendations and solutions—not just reports and numbers.
