The Performance Marketer is a highly analytical, hands-on professional responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing Realaway's paid advertising strategy. Your primary playground will be Meta Ads Manager, where you will build, optimize, and scale campaigns that turn visual desire into booked stays. You will also manage and expand our Google Search ecosystem to capture high-intent travelers actively searching for accommodations in our area.
This individual will own our paid strategy end-to-end—from technical pixel setup and budget allocation to granular data analysis and creative testing. Working closely with our Social Media Manager, you will help transform compelling content into measurable business results.

META ADS MANAGEMENT (PRIMARY FOCUS)
- Build, launch, and scale Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ad campaigns targeted at driving direct bookings and high-value traffic.
- Develop sophisticated custom, lookalike, and interest-based audience frameworks and retargeting funnels.
- Run continuous A/B tests on ad copy, creative assets, hooks, and formats to improve campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS and reduce customer acquisition costs.
GOOGLE & OMNI-CHANNEL PAID STRATEGY
- Set up and manage Google Search campaigns targeting high-intent travelers actively searching for accommodations.
- Allocate advertising budgets between Meta and Google based on performance and seasonality.
- Identify opportunities to improve campaign efficiency and increase bookings.
- Support growth through additional paid acquisition channels when appropriate.
ANALYTICS & COLLABORATION
- Maintain accurate tracking through Meta Pixel, Conversion API, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Monitor KPIs including ROAS, cost-per-booking, conversion rate, CTR, and customer acquisition cost.
- Provide weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with the Social Media Manager to identify and request high-performing creative assets and content formats.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Must be based in the Philippines and available to work hours overlapping with U.S. business hours.
- 4+ years of proven experience managing paid media campaigns, with a heavy emphasis on direct-response Meta Ads.
- Strong working proficiency with Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics 4.
- Deep technical understanding of Meta Pixel implementation, Conversion API, attribution, and conversion tracking.
- Proven success managing campaigns focused on direct response, lead generation, bookings, or e-commerce.
- Strong understanding of paid advertising metrics including ROAS, CTR, conversion rate, and customer acquisition cost.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
- Highly analytical and data-driven.
- Highly autonomous and capable of managing campaigns with minimal oversight.
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
- Experience within hospitality, travel, tourism, vacation rentals, hotels, resorts, or real estate.
- Experience managing campaigns focused on direct bookings.
- Experience working closely with content creators and social media teams.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition funnels and paid media attribution.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to communicate effectively with remote team members through video conferencing, messaging platforms, and email.
