  • Write or update basic scripts, queries, or lightweight interfaces using familiar tools such as Python or JavaScript.
  • Support testing and troubleshooting by identifying issues, recording observations, and helping validate outputs.
  • Participate in team meetings and Agile activities; share progress, ask questions, and document work for other team members.

Basic Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

  • Interest in learning about generative AI, automation, and IT service management.
  • Ability to communicate clearly, collaborate with a team, and learn new tools with guidance.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret clearance, as applicable to the position.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with APIs, SQL, data visualization, or basic web development through coursework or projects.
  • Exposure to large language models, prompt engineering, or AI-assisted development tools.
  • Interest in IT operations, service management platforms, or Agile software development.
  • Experience collaborating on a student team, internship, research project, or open-source project.
