About the Role



We are looking for a creative specialist for affiliate and performance marketing—someone who can do more than just design banners or edit videos.



We need someone who understands how advertising works across social and digital platforms and can develop creatives that capture attention and drive performance.



This is not a traditional graphic designer or video editor role. We're looking for someone who can identify audience pain points, develop compelling hooks and angles, and create performance creatives that capture attention and drive clicks, leads, and conversions.



The ideal candidate understands that the first 1–2 seconds of an advertisement are critical. We don't need polished brand presentations or stock-looking creatives—we need scroll-stopping creatives built for performance.



Languages



  • Ukrainian — Fluent (Required), as you'll work closely with our predominantly Ukrainian-speaking Creative and Media Buying teams.
  • English proficiency is a plus.


What You'll Do



Our primary goal is simple: create performance creatives that sell.



We're looking for someone who doesn't simply recreate existing ads but understands why they work.



You'll identify audience pain points, develop compelling hooks and angles, and turn them into high-performing advertising concepts that capture attention and drive results.



Performance Creative Development



  • Create performance creatives for affiliate and performance marketing campaigns.
  • Develop static banners, short video ads, UGC-style creatives, before/after creatives, problem/solution creatives, native-looking ads, and AI-generated creatives.
  • Produce multiple creative variations for testing across different audiences and platforms.
  • Focus on creating creatives that sell rather than simply look visually appealing.


Creative Strategy & Ideation



  • Independently generate hooks, angles, concepts, and scripts from scratch.
  • Build creative ideas around audience pain points, emotional triggers, and buying psychology.
  • Analyze successful creatives and identify why they work instead of simply recreating them.


Performance Optimization



  • Apply an understanding of CTR, CPC, CPL, CR, and ROAS when developing creatives.
  • Continuously test, iterate, and improve creative concepts based on performance.
  • Create platform-specific creatives for Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Native, and similar advertising platforms.


Cross-Functional Collaboration



  • Work closely with Media Buyers and Performance Marketing teams.
  • Translate campaign goals and audience insights into high-performing creative concepts.
  • Clearly communicate the thinking behind each creative concept.


What We're Looking For



Essential Requirements



  • Experience or strong understanding of performance marketing and affiliate creatives.
  • Strong understanding of direct response advertising, lead generation, and customer acquisition.
  • Experience working with Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Google, Native, and similar advertising platforms.
  • Ability to independently generate hooks, angles, concepts, and scripts.
  • Strong understanding of audience psychology, emotional triggers, and audience pain points.
  • Strong understanding of the importance of the first seconds of an advertisement.
  • Experience creating conversion-focused static and video creatives.
  • Ability to analyze successful creatives and understand why they work rather than simply recreating them.
  • Ability to quickly generate multiple creative concepts and variations for testing.
  • Focus on performance metrics rather than aesthetics.
  • Understanding of basic marketing metrics: CTR, CPC, CPL, CR, and ROAS.
  • Basic understanding of the US audience.

  • AI-generated creatives


Tools: Figma, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar.



Strong plus: ChatGPT, Midjourney, Runway, HeyGen, ElevenLabs, Canva AI, CapCut AI, and similar AI tools.



Nice to Have



  • Experience writing UGC-style scripts.
  • Active use of AI tools in the creative production process.
  • Experience creating creatives for Casino and Dating verticals.
