Real House Behavioral Health Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and experienced Mental Health Counselors to join our team on a remote per diem basis. This position provides virtual support, counseling, case management, and mental health services to individuals participating in behavioral health and recovery programs throughout New Jersey.

Responsibilities
- Provide virtual counseling and mental health support services to clients
- Conduct assessments, check-ins, and supportive counseling sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with program staff, case managers, and clinical leadership
- Participate in treatment planning and discharge coordination when needed
- Monitor client progress and report concerns appropriately
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA and Company policies
- Participate in virtual team meetings and trainings as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or related field preferred
- LAC, LPC, LSW, LCSW, or CADC/LCADC preferred but not required depending on experience
- Minimum of one (1) year experience in mental health, behavioral health, or substance abuse treatment preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Experience with telehealth or virtual counseling platforms preferred
- Must have reliable internet access and a private workspace
