Role Overview

This is a remote / work from home position focused on communication, organization, and support across both client and team touchpoints.

What You Will Do

● Manage virtual appointment scheduling and confirmations

● You will virtually explain family care package to families and sell them a protection package

● Communicate professionally with clients and team members

• You will guide, coach and mentor a team of five people by supporting and motivating
