Pennsylvania Remote HR/Employment Law Attorney Opportunity - Email/Phone Support Only - $75 per Hour, 5-10+ Hours per Week

We are a national network of experienced, high-level, freelance attorneys and paralegals who provide on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects for our client law firms.

Our client contracts nationwide with SMB's to provide written responses to submitted client inquiries on everyday employment and business law matters. They currently have an opportunitiy for an attorney with expertise in HR/Employment Law in Pennsylvania.

Attorney Requirements:

- Licensed in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania

- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in HR/Employment Law

- In-depth understanding of HR/Employment Law in licensed State

- Clear, concise, comprehensive written communicator - able to provide written, complete answers to client inquiries in one response in most cases

- Some research, review, and drafting of employment and business law-related policies, forms, and documents

- Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines

- Self-starter and able to work independently

The Attorney pay rate starts at $75/hour.
