Opportunity to work remote after orientation period.
As Payment Poster with OrthoArizona, you will get to:
- Post medical insurance payments and patient payments correctly to the practice management system.
- Identify payments, write offs, and patient balances on various insurance company EOBs.
- Balance payment batches to deposits.
- Ability to interpret various explanation of benefits from the insurance companies.
- Efficiently and accurately post payments to the appropriate accounts.
- Identify payment discrepancies and payer trends.
- Additional duties as assigned.
- Accurately posting payments, adjustments and denials from insurance carriers via electronic and paper payment files in addition to appropriate posting of patient payments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years’ experience in Medical Billing and Remittance Posting.
