This position is responsible for managing performance guarantees for a subset of tier 2-4 clients. They serve as the business’s subject matter expert on the performance and financial aspects of those clients' contracts. They are responsible for understanding how we're performing against client performance expectations and financial targets and implementing strategies to ensure strong results on both fronts. Individuals in this role may also serve as process owners for performance initiatives the span the entire department.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Understand with great detail how we’re performing against client contracts, diagnose for performance barriers and develop action plans to meet performance goals.
Collaborate with teams across the business to execute on performance action plans.
Serve as expert on performance barriers impacting assigned clients.
Collaborate with account management teams to support their conversations with clients.
Coordinate with finance to communicate expected performance.
Inform contract negotiations by coordinating with sales teams on performance feasibility.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
Minimum years of work experience: 2 years IN health care field
Minimum level of education or education/experience: Bachelors Degree

The hiring range for this position is $65,000 to $70,000 per year. The actual base pay offered will consider candidate’s geographic location, job related knowledge, experience, and skill amongst other potential factors. There may be a bonus or commission, and/or a long-term incentive that will be provided as part of the compensation package, along with medical, financial and/or other benefits, depending on the level and position offered.
