Patient Scheduler - Infusion

The Scheduler is responsible for overseeing and maintaining the nursing schedule for home infusion patients. This position is responsible for interacting with patients and caregivers regarding their home infusion visit, scheduling issues, and maintaining patient records. This position is also responsible for maintaining consistent communication with the care team. This is a remote worker position.

Required Qualifications:

• 1 year Office experience in health care setting.

• Customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 1 year Home care experience.

• Home infusion experience.

• Coordination of home care/home infusion experience.

• Experience with scheduling.
