In this role, you'll assist clients with discovering vacation options that fit their interests, schedules, and budgets. You'll help coordinate travel arrangements, answer planning questions, and provide personalized recommendations for everything from all-inclusive resorts and cruises to family vacations, romantic escapes, destination celebrations, and international adventures.

Responsibilities

• Learn about each client's travel preferences, budget, and vacation objectives
• Research destinations, hotels, resorts, cruise itineraries, guided tours, and vacation packages
• Recommend customized travel options based on client needs and travel goals
• Coordinate accommodations, transportation, sightseeing, excursions, and related travel services
• Help clients compare travel options and complete reservations with confidence
• Communicate professionally through phone, email, virtual meetings, and online messaging
• Collaborate with travel partners to secure reservations and verify booking details
• Review itineraries, confirmations, and travel documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain accurate client files and reservation records
• Stay informed on supplier promotions, destination updates, and travel industry news
• Deliver outstanding service throughout the planning process and beyond departure

Qualifications

• Interest in travel, customer service, hospitality, tourism, sales, or client support
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting
• Comfortable using computers, web-based applications, and digital communication tools
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Dependable, self-motivated, and eager to develop new skills
• Positive attitude and commitment to providing exceptional client service
• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Must reside in the United States, United Kingdom, Mexico, Spain, Australia, or another approved hiring region
