Facilitate structured, virtual psychoeducational groups for parents and caregivers of children with ADHD and anxiety. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure clinical fidelity and provide ongoing support for families.

About Clarity Pediatrics

Clarity Pediatrics is redefining pediatric chronic care in a fragmented $100B industry.

Clarity is fast emerging as one of the most innovative leaders in pediatric health. One in three American children has a common chronic condition like ADHD, allergies, asthma, and obesity – yet families struggle to get timely, high-quality care. We scale virtual access to multi-specialty care, putting all the care a family needs in one place. We are turning a chaotic, fragmented and expensive care journey into a clear path forward.

Now is a great time to join - we just closed a substantial Series A, which means we have runway, ambition and a growing team. Since inception, we’ve raised $25M from leading VCs who invested early in category winners like One Medical, Hims, Spring Health, Cityblock, Alto Pharmacy, Strava, and Tia.

Our Culture

We’re building a team of clinicians who are collaborative, curious, and committed to delivering exceptional care. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Co-founded by a pediatric provider, with exceptional clinical leaders including licensed mental health providers in key roles shaping every major decision

  • Clinical model built to partner closely with referring providers

  • Multidisciplinary collaboration and robust case consultation opportunities

  • A diverse, inclusive, and mission-driven community where your voice matters

  • Access to expert clinical guidance from ADHD and anxiety specialists and researchers

  • Ongoing opportunities for professional growth and training

What We Offer

We’re committed to taking care of the healthcare providers who care for our patients. Our benefits include:

  • Part-time compensation:

    • Clinical Hourly Rate: $62.00–$96.00 per completed clinical hour

    • Administrative Hourly Rate: $25.00 per hour for non-clinical time (documentation, meetings, admin)

  • Flexible part-time hours: 8–25 hours per week, totaling clinical and administrative time, with scheduling built around recurring group cohorts and a maximum of 8 working hours per day

  • Group operating hours are 9 am–8 pm PT, Monday–Saturday, with many groups offered during after-school and evening hours

  • A dedicated care coordination team to support with administrative tasks (e.g., cancellations, rescheduling, documentation requests, billing)

  • A remote-first work culture

  • A collaborative care model and multidisciplinary team that values peer consultation and expert-led clinical guidance

  • Expert support and access to clinical leadership and training from ADHD specialists and researchers

  • Professional growth via ongoing development opportunities, including CME/CEU support and regular team case consultations

And more—we’re growing and evolving, so tell us what matters most to you!

About the Role

Clarity Pediatrics is seeking a licensed Group Therapist to join our remote, multidisciplinary behavioral health team. In this specialized role, you will exclusively facilitate virtual, evidence-based psychoeducational groups for parents and caregivers of children with behavioral health needs, primarily ADHD and anxiety.

Our parent groups equip caregivers with practical, evidence-based strategies they can use at home to support their child and strengthen family functioning. You’ll guide families through structured curricula, create an engaging and supportive group environment, and help parents translate what they learn into meaningful change between sessions.

You do not need to be an expert in every Clarity curriculum when you join. We provide training, structured materials, and ongoing clinical support to help you develop expertise in the programs you facilitate.

This is a great fit for a clinician who loves working with parents, enjoys the energy and impact of group-based care, and is excited by the opportunity to develop deep expertise in evidence-based parent interventions.

What You’ll Own

  • Facilitate structured, virtual treatment groups for parents and caregivers, including evidence-based programs supporting families of children with ADHD and anxiety

  • Deliver Clarity’s group curricula with consistency and clinical fidelity while adapting your facilitation style to meet the needs of each cohort

  • Create a warm, engaging, and psychologically safe group environment that encourages participation, skill-building, and connection among caregivers

  • Help parents understand and apply evidence-based behavioral health strategies to challenges they are experiencing at home

  • Manage group dynamics effectively, including balancing participation, redirecting discussion, and maintaining appropriate boundaries and scope

  • Complete timely, accurate clinical documentation associated with group sessions

  • Collaborate with Clarity’s behavioral health and multidisciplinary teams when families need additional clinical support or a different level of care

  • Participate in training, consultation, and ongoing quality improvement to strengthen Clarity’s group-based care model

  • Maintain reliable availability for recurring group cohorts and provide continuity for families throughout the duration of a group program

About You

  • You’re a licensed mental health professional with either:

    • A master’s degree in a relevant behavioral health field and active licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC; or

    • A doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) with active licensure as a psychologist

  • You’re currently licensed in California and open to getting licensed in other states (we’ll support you with that!)

  • You're passionate about providing excellent care to kids and families

  • You have experience working with parents and caregivers of children and adolescents and are comfortable supporting families around behavioral, emotional, or developmental concerns

  • You have experience delivering evidence-based parent-focused interventions via telehealth

  • You have experience working with children and families impacted by ADHD, anxiety, or related behavioral health concerns.

  • You have experience facilitating groups, classes, workshops, or other structured clinical or psychoeducational programming.

  • You’re a strong facilitator who can communicate clinical concepts clearly, keep a group engaged, and navigate different personalities and levels of participation

  • You’re comfortable working from a structured, evidence-based curriculum while using your clinical judgment to respond effectively to the needs of the group

  • You value measurement, feedback, and consistency and are motivated to continuously strengthen your effectiveness as a group facilitator

  • You’re tech-savvy, a quick learner, and excited about shaping the future of behavioral health through innovative, virtual care

Nice to Have

  • Spanish proficiency (with pay differential)

  • Experience facilitating virtual therapy or psychoeducational groups

  • Licensed in additional states
