Part-Time Junior Engineering Coordinator (Remote – Europe)

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Engineering Coordinator to join our team. This opportunity is ideal for engineering graduates and early-career professionals with 0–5 years of experience who are eager to gain exposure to global projects while working closely with a team based in Sweden.

This is a fully remote position; however, candidates must be located in Europe and available to work during standard European business hours to ensure smooth collaboration with the Swedish team.

Employment Details

Part-Time Position (20-40 Hours per Week)

Working hours aligned with European business hours (CET/CEST)

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate with engineering and project teams in Sweden.

Support project coordination, documentation, reporting, and administrative activities.

Assist with meeting coordination and follow-up of action items.

Support communication between international stakeholders.

Translate and review business and technical documents when required.

Maintain project records and ensure timely communication of updates.

Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or related field).

0–5 years of professional experience.

Strong organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.

Language Requirements

Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory.

Native or fluent proficiency in either Macedonian or Lithuanian is required.

Ability to translate and communicate effectively between English and Macedonian/Lithuanian is highly desirable.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working with international teams.

Exposure to engineering projects, technical documentation, or project coordination.

Additional European language skills are an advantage.
