The English Real Estate Knowledge Paralegal supports the Professional Development Lawyers (PDLs) and fee earners.

 

The role assists with the management and development of the team's knowledge resources and contributes to knowledge initiatives across the practice.

 

Whilst this is a virtual role with no expectation or requirement that you attend any of our office locations, for those who would like to experience the office environment and meet our hybrid teams, there is the opportunity to attend our offices. 

 

Key Responsibilities


You will work as part of a team to support the Professional Development Lawyers and fee earners, working collaboratively whilst also taking ownership of allocated tasks and projects.

 

The work will include:

 

  • Undertake legal research in response to fee earner queries.
  • Assist with the management of third-party accounts, including HM Land Registry and TM Online.
  • Prepare and circulate knowledge updates and bulletins.
  • Monitor and report on relevant legal and market developments.
  • Contribute to knowledge management projects, including AI-related initiatives where appropriate.
  • Organise and support training sessions and other internal knowledge-sharing activities.
  • Support the Professional Development Lawyers in maintaining the team's precedent bank and other knowledge resources.

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • English law degree or equivalent qualification.
  • Proactive, keen to learn and able to take ownership of tasks and projects.
  • An interest in knowledge management, legal technology and continuous improvement.
