As part of our marketing team, we're seeking a collaborative, detail oriented professional to fill our Paid Media Coordinator role.  

This role has the opportunity to be remote, but must be located in Florida.  Preference to be located in our corporate office located in Tallahassee, Florida.

Core Responsibilities: 
  • Support the execution, tracking, and documentation of paid media buys across both domestic and international marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating incoming media proposals to ensure strict alignment with campaign objectives, budgets, targeting parameters, and timelines.
  • Partner with agencies and internal teams to build asset trackers, ensuring all creative materials meet media specs and are delivered on schedule.  Keep internal tracking systems updated with essential campaign documentation.
  • Enter and track media insertion orders in Salesforce, coordinating directly with the contracts department when revisions or updates are required.
  • Maintain budget workbooks to monitor billed amounts and remaining balances, reviewing agency invoices to flag any discrepancies before final approval.
  • Assist with campaign reporting workflows by gathering data, managing dashboard links, tracking deadlines, and identifying key performance trends.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Associate's degree
  • 2+ years of professional experience
  • Understanding of marketing principles, market research, and consumer behavior
  • Ability to successfully manage multiple projects and agencies.  Excellent organizational skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize workload and attention to detail.
  • Ability to create and maintain relationships with agencies, brand representatives, and other industry partners
  • Position includes travel that requires a valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Journalism, Business, Communications or relevant field
  • Experience working with CRM databases, preferably Salesforce & Marketing Cloud
