POSITION SUMMARY

Radiology Associates of Hollywood (RAH) is actively seeking Diagnostic Radiologists to join our dedicated overnight team supporting Memorial Healthcare System in South Florida.

We offer highly competitive 1099 Independent Contractor and W-2 employment opportunities, with predictable scheduling, competitive compensation, and the flexibility to work fully remote, hybrid, or onsite.

Our overnight radiologists are highly valued for their contributions to patient care during critical hours.

1099 Independent Contractor Opportunity

  • Weekday Compensation: $4,250 per nine-hour shift
  • Weekend Compensation: $4,500 per nine-hour shift
  • Commencement Bonus: $75,000, subject to applicable agreement terms
  • Schedule: 7 nights on / 14 nights off
  • Shift Options: 8 PM–5 AM ET or 11 PM–8 AM ET
  • Work Options: Fully remote, hybrid, or onsite
  • Workstation: Practice-provided home workstation
  • Additional Opportunities: Internal moonlighting opportunities available

W-2 Employment Opportunity

RAH also offers competitive W-2 employment opportunities for radiologists seeking a traditional employment arrangement.

  • Annual Compensation: Starting at $550,000, with additional moonlighting opportunities
  • Commencement Bonus: $50,000
  • Schedule: 7 nights on / 14 nights off
  • Shift Options: 8 PM–5 AM ET or 11 PM–8 AM ET
  • Work Options: Fully remote, hybrid, or onsite

LOCAL PRACTICE OVERVIEW

Radiology Associates of Hollywood is a physician-led, 100% fellowship-trained radiology practice with more than 60 radiologists serving Memorial Healthcare System in South Florida.

Our practice enjoys exceptionally high radiologist retention and a longstanding relationship spanning more than seven decades with Memorial Healthcare System, one of South Florida's leading healthcare organizations.

Our collaborative practice environment provides the mentoring, subspecialty support, resources, and professional opportunities radiologists need to succeed.

Memorial Healthcare System is a comprehensive healthcare network that includes:

  • Six hospitals
  • A Level I trauma center
  • Two comprehensive stroke centers
  • Multiple affiliated outpatient imaging locations
  • A broad range of emergency, inpatient, and outpatient diagnostic imaging services

DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • Board eligible or board certified in Diagnostic Radiology (ABR or AOBR)
  • Fellows and residents completing training are welcome to apply
  • Ability to interpret a broad range of diagnostic imaging examinations
  • Strong clinical judgment and commitment to timely, high-quality interpretations
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Eligibility for applicable medical licensure and hospital credentialing

1099 Compensation: Per-shift compensation and commencement bonus are subject to the terms of the applicable independent contractor agreement.

W-2 Compensation: Annual compensation starts at $550,000, with additional moonlighting opportunities available. Final compensation may vary based on qualifications, experience, certifications, and other relevant factors.
