Location: Remote (Michigan, Indiana, and Kentucky)

Salary: $25.27-$27.23/hr. (W2)

What You Will Do

• Project Oversight: Monitor third-party business partners to ensure construction tasks are updated accurately and on time in the system.
• Resource Coordination: Plan and coordinate aspects of OSP construction activities, including materials, labor, and resource allocation.
• Technical Advisory: Provide expert technical advice and support to procurement, design, and construction teams.
• Financial Monitoring: Evaluate contractor change orders and monitor cost estimates to keep projects on budget.
• Job Review: Audit new job packages to verify that the task plan completely aligns with the defined scope of work.

• Geography: Must live in MI, IN, or KY (No exceptions).
• Blueprint Literacy: Proven ability to read, interpret, and understand Coax and Fiber design prints.
• Industry Expertise: Strong background in the telecom/cable television industry.
• Technical Compliance: Working knowledge of the National Electric Code (NEC).
• Work Ethics: Exceptional, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Home Office Setup: Reliable, high-speed Internet Service Provider (ISP) connection.
