OT Security Analyst - Cyber Defense Center

We are currently looking for: Security Analyst - Cyber Defense Center

Requirements:
This position is responsible for detecting, investigating, and responding to cybersecurity incidents, ensuring that Heerema’s critical business and offshore operations remain secure and resilient. The role operates at SOC Tier 3–4 level and requires strong technical expertise combined with an investigative mindset.

Key Responsibilities
• Investigate and respond to cybersecurity incidents and threats.
• Perform threat analysis and incident triage.
• Develop and improve incident response procedures and playbooks.
• Support containment, eradication, and recovery activities.
• Act as technical owner for assigned security solutions.
• Monitor and maintain security tooling and detection capabilities.
• Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation for major cyber incidents.
• Support the implementation of new cybersecurity technologies.
• Contribute to proactive threat prevention and security improvements. Requirements:
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
• Minimum 4 years of experience within cybersecurity operations.
• Experience with SIEM platforms, incident response, threat hunting, and security monitoring.
• Knowledge of firewalls, endpoint security, log analysis, and security frameworks.
• Certifications such as CISSP, GIAC, GSEC, or equivalent are highly desirable.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Location: Remote

Range Salarial

2.000€ – 2.300€ net monthly
