YOUR ROLE
In this role you will get a chance to develop the specific knowledge in one subprocess area and will participate in meeting service levels, key measurement targets of the team and delivers a high quality and cost-effective service. You will perform tasks in line with the written procedures under close supervision
In this role you will play a key role in:
- Manage customer queries and dispute reslosution
- Prepares payment batches and post to correct companies
- Applies payment and code correctly to ensure line item payment & reconciliation
- Copies and codes large volumes of deductions
- Extracts bank account statements on a daily basis for cash application purposes
YOUR PROFILE
- Preferred CPG industry, good in communication and e-mail writing skills
- Perform reportimg automatiom initiatives.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn the process specifics within selected process area
- Analyse day to day issues of a practical nature and resolves them
