The Order Clarification Associate is responsible for clarifying and validating customer purchase orders to ensure they are ready for manufacturing. This includes processing art proofs, managing email inquiries, and handling inbound and outbound calls to resolve order issues.

The Order Clarification Associate is responsible for clarifying and maintaining non production ready orders. This position will process and respond to distributor questions or proof on orders. He/she will also contact distributors via phone, fax and/or email to resolve any issues or questions regarding non production ready orders.
