Role Summary
We are seeking an experienced Oracle OTBI & BI Publisher Reports Specialist with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion reporting tools. The role involves designing, developing, and delivering high-quality reporting solutions across Finance and HCM domains, ensuring accuracy, performance, and alignment with business needs. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical capabilities, hands-on experience with Oracle reporting technologies, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business reporting requirements from stakeholders
- Translate functional specifications into scalable technical reporting solutions
- Design and develop OTBI analyses, dashboards, and reports
- Develop and maintain BI Publisher (BIP) reports, including data models and templates
- Create and manage report layouts (RTF, Excel) with standardized formatting
- Configure report bursting, scheduling, and automated distribution
- Validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve report performance issues and data discrepancies
- Optimize existing reports for performance and usability improvements
- Implement and manage report-level security and access controls
- Manage version control and deployments using CI/CD pipelines
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT teams to support reporting needs
- Prepare technical documentation, user guides, and training materials
- Provide end-user training and ongoing support

Required
