What You’ll Do
NetSuite Development & Support
- Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle NetSuite ERP modules, focusing on the Accounting package.
- Build custom scripts, workflows, and integrations using SuiteScript to address business needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to NetSuite functionalities, ensuring seamless system performance.
- Enhance and optimize NetSuite processes, including financial reporting, accounts receivable/payable, and general ledger functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze business processes and recommend NetSuite-based solutions.
Implementation & Project Management
- Assist in the implementation and configuration of Oracle NetSuite Accounting modules for new clients or business requirements.
- Ensure alignment of NetSuite solutions with GigaKOM’s operational standards and goals.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications and test cases.
- Train and support internal users to enhance adoption and effective use of NetSuite functionalities.
Systems Integration
- Design and implement integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems to automate workflows and improve efficiency.
- Maintain and improve existing integrations, ensuring data accuracy and reliability.
Basic Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as an Oracle NetSuite Developer, with a focus on the Accounting package.
- Proficiency in SuiteScript (1.0 and 2.0) development and NetSuite customization.
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes, financial systems, and reporting within NetSuite.
- Experience implementing and managing ERP systems in a business setting.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in NetSuite development or a related role.
- Experience with SuiteCloud development tools and SuiteFlow workflows.
- NetSuite certifications (e.g., SuiteFoundation, ERP Consultant).
- Familiarity with integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, Celigo, or similar).
- Knowledge of ITIL or IT Service Management practices.
- Background in education procurement or E-Rate programs is a plus.
Additional Information
- Job Type: Full-time
- Compensation: Base salary based on experience level, bonuses paid upon completing NetSuite certifications.
- Location: This is a REMOTE position.
