Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Oracle HCM Techno-Functional Consultant with strong experience in Oracle Fusion HCM and Oracle Visual Builder Cloud Service (VBCS). The candidate should have experience in HCM functional configuration, technical development, integrations, reports, and VBCS-based custom applications/extensions.
Key Responsibilities
- Work on Oracle Fusion HCM implementation, enhancement, and support projects.
- Gather business requirements and provide techno-functional solutions for Oracle HCM processes.
- Configure and support Oracle HCM modules such as:
- Global HR
- Core HR
- Absence Management
- Payroll
- Talent Management
- Recruiting
- Performance Management
- Compensation
- Learning
- Develop custom applications, pages, and extensions using VBCS.
- Build and enhance Oracle Fusion HCM user interfaces using VBCS and Redwood UI.
- Develop integrations between Oracle HCM and third-party systems using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Work with REST APIs, SOAP web services, HCM Data Loader (HDL), HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula.
- Develop and maintain OTBI and BI Publisher reports.
- Support data migration, data validation, testing, UAT, and production deployment.
- Troubleshoot functional and technical issues in Oracle HCM applications.
- Work closely with HR business users, technical teams, and project stakeholders.
- Prepare functional design documents, technical design documents, test cases, and user manuals.
Required Skills
- 6+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion HCM Techno-Functional consulting.
- Strong experience in Oracle HCM Cloud modules, especially Core HR and Global HR.
- Hands-on experience in VBCS development.
- Experience in Oracle Redwood UI and Oracle Fusion page customization/extensions.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
- Experience with REST APIs, SOAP services, HDL, HCM Extracts, and Fast Formula.
- Experience in OTBI, BI Publisher, and SQL-based reporting.
- Good understanding of Oracle Fusion HCM security and approval workflows.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, support, and enhancement projects.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle Fusion HCM certification.
- Experience with Oracle Digital Assistant or Oracle AI capabilities.
- Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Experience working in Agile project environments.
