About the role: Responsible for overall service delivery, stabilization and continuous improvement of the Oracle Fusion landscape, leading a cross-functional team across functional, technical and integration streams. Ensures SLAs, release readiness, incident/problem management, and stakeholder satisfaction for Fusion ERP/HCM/SCM services.
Key Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end service delivery for Oracle Fusion (Finance/SCM/HCM as applicable), covering incident, problem, change and release management.
Act as primary point of contact for business and IT leadership, managing expectations, escalations, and communication on service performance.
Govern SLAs/OLAs, track KPIs, and drive continual service improvement initiatives and automation.
Coordinate work across functional, technical, integration and reporting teams, and with Oracle Support for SRs.
Oversee quarterly Fusion updates impact assessment, regression planning, and go/no-go decisions.
Maintain service governance routines (status reports, CAB inputs, post‑incident reviews, CSIP).
Skills and Qualifications:
10–18 years of IT experience with at least 6–8 years in Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP/HCM/SCM) service delivery or application management.
Strong knowledge of ITIL service management processes and experience running large application support engagements.
Experience managing multi-vendor and onsite/offshore delivery models.
Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills.
