Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant

This is a remote position.

Oracle Fusion HCM Functional Consultant is responsible for functional implementation of ERP which includes Oracle Fusion HCM module. This includes the support in HCM business solutions in Oracle. He/She will be an individual contributor with the ability to interact with a global team of functional leaders, business partners, technical experts and articulate how to best integrate Oracle technologies to deliver superior business impact.

Responsibilities:

·       Overall 8+ years of ERP implementation experience with minimum 6+ years of Hands-on Experience with Oracle HCM functional (Any two modules - (Conversions, Integrations, Fast Formulas, Reports, Workflows, Security, ORC, Compensation, Talent).

·       Should be able to configure the assigned module with direction from the Solution Leader.

·       Identify and document gaps between requirements and delivered functionality.

·       Identify business requirements and map them to Oracle Fusion application.

·       Identify functionality Fit and gaps and develop solutions to gaps.

·       Should be able to perform Unit test all functionality including staging test scenarios and do Unit test all technical objects prior to delivery to client by documenting test results.

·       Should develop runbooks for all technical objects and analyze and resolve technical queries during project execution by providing functional guidance to technical team.

Essential Skills

·       Should have experience with Oracle HCM modules is must.

·       Must have done at least 2 Oracle Cloud HCM implementations.

·       Should have good functional (process) knowledge in the area(s) of work.

·       Should have sound knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL.
