Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle EPM Consultant with strong expertise in Oracle Cloud Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience implementing, configuring, and supporting Oracle EPM applications, particularly EPBCS, along with exposure to FCCS, PCMCS, and ARCS. The role requires strong functional and technical knowledge of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, consolidations, and performance management processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and support Oracle Cloud EPM solutions with a primary focus on EPBCS.
  

• Configure and support Oracle EPM modules including:
  

• Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service (EPBCS)
  

• Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS)
  

• Profitability and Cost Management Cloud Service (PCMCS)
  

• Account Reconciliation Cloud Service (ARCS)
  

• Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
  

• Develop and maintain EPM forms, dashboards, business rules, calculation scripts, and metadata structures.
  

• Design multidimensional applications using Essbase concepts and best practices.
  

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve EPBCS and FCCS development and production issues.
  

• Build and maintain integrations between Oracle EPM and various source/target systems.
  

• Develop automation solutions using:
  

• Groovy Business Rules
  

• EPM Automate
  

• REST APIs
  

• Shell Scripts
  

• Batch Scripts
  

• Support data loading, validation, reconciliation, and close processes.
  

• Participate in solution architecture discussions and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  

• Ensure adherence to EPM governance, security, and development standards.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 6+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud EPM applications.
  

• Strong expertise in EPBCS (Enterprise Planning and Budgeting Cloud Service) – Mandatory.
