Role 

The selected candidate will support the License Owner in growing Stranger Soccer’s presence in Houston, Texas through operations support, customer engagement, and digital marketing activities. 
 

Responsibilities 

Operations & Back-office Support 

• Handle customer service inquiries and support day-to-day back-office operations 

• Assist in general operational tasks and admin updates as needed 
  Maintain availability and operational support within CST/CDT time zone 

Customer Communication 

• Use ChatGPT or similar tools to assist in fast, clear, and polite customer communications 

• Ensure clear and consistent communication with users and players 

Social Media Support 

• Create basic social media content (videos, posts, captions) 

• Support posting and updating of social media accounts 

• Assist in maintaining online presence and community engagement 

Requirements

• Experience in operations, sales, marketing, or customer service is an advantage 
• Basic knowledge of social media content creation and management  
• Good English written and verbal communication skills   
• Conversational to fluent Spanish proficiency (written and spoken)    
• Responsible, responsive, detail-oriented, and team-oriented 
• Interest in football is a BIG PLUS!

• The position is fully virtual 
• Working hours will align with US Central Time (CST/CDT) operational needs.
