Operations Manager

This person must have experience with operations, management, extensive experience with Excel, be organized, and be able to operate independently in high pressure environments.

Responsibilities include:

• Adhering to the operating budget, financial goals, and objectives
• Execute projects efficiently and in an organized manner resulting in accountability
• Influencing strategic decisions related to the business decisions
• Resolving operational issues and analyzes workflow

You will essentially be involved in all activities with the CEO ranging from the most basic responsibilities to the most complex.

This is a remote position and the individual will be required to work US EST (New York).

• Must be able to use Excel, Powerpoint, and Word
• Must be able to speak, write, and read English with a near fluent level
• Must be hard working and willing to go above and beyond
• Must be able to manage multiple responsibilities
• Is able to handle high pressure environment
• Has attention to detail
