We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Management Trainee to join our growing Property Management team. Working closely with experienced property professionals and senior leadership, you will take ownership of operational projects, analyse business performance, improve processes, and gradually manage your own portfolio of UK residential and serviced accommodation properties.

Key Responsibilities
- Participate in a structured management development programme designed to build knowledge across key business functions, including Operations, Property Development, Construction, Finance, Procurement, Customer Experience, and Business Support.
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and execution of operational projects, ensuring activities are delivered on time and within budget.
- Analyse business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend practical improvements to enhance operational performance and customer outcomes.
- Monitor departmental KPIs, prepare management reports, and provide data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making.
- Support project governance by tracking milestones, risks, budgets, and project deliverables.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and ensure effective communication across the business.
- Assist in developing and maintaining standard operating procedures (SOPs), business documentation, and operational policies.
- Build relationships with internal stakeholders, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and external partners to support business operations.
- Leverage technology, business systems, and AI-powered tools to improve productivity, reporting, and operational effectiveness.
- Undertake additional projects and responsibilities as assigned by senior leadership.
Requirements
Essential Requirements
- Minimum of 2β3 years' experience in UK Residential Property Management, Lettings, Housing Lets, or a similar UK property management environment. This is the most critical requirement for the role.
- Experience managing the end-to-end tenancy lifecycle, including tenant communications, maintenance coordination, contractor management, compliance, and property administration.
- Previous experience supporting business operations, project coordination, or process improvement initiatives.
- Exposure to finance, bookkeeping, or financial administration, with experience using Xero being highly desirable.
Desirable Requirements
- Previous experience within the property development, construction, real estate, infrastructure, or facilities management sectors.
- Experience preparing reports, dashboards, and business presentations for senior leadership.
- Understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, procurement, or operational planning.
- Demonstrated interest in innovation, digital transformation, and business process improvement.
