ABOUT REMOTESHIP
At Kerten Hospitality, we believe talent has no borders. Our Remoteship Program is a remote internship designed for ambitious individuals who want real hospitality exposure, not just observation, but true involvement. Through Remoteship, interns become part of live projects across our global portfolio. Whether it’s operations, marketing, People Services, development, or finance, you’ll work alongside our teams and contribute to meaningful initiatives that shape our brands and properties.
ABOUT THE ROLE
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Support the daily operations of the hotel across various departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Guest Services.
Assist in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and exceptional guest experiences.
Monitor operational standards and support the implementation of hotel procedures and service protocols.
Assist with guest requests, inquiries, and feedback, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Support departmental coordination to ensure seamless communication and efficient operations.
Participate in operational projects, audits, and process improvement initiatives.
Assist in preparing operational reports, presentations, and performance tracking documents.
Observe and learn key aspects of hotel management, service delivery, and operational excellence.
Support supervisors and department heads with administrative and operational tasks as required.
Participate in training and development activities to build hospitality leadership and operational skills.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
Currently studying or recently graduated in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong interest in hotel operations and the hospitality industry.
Eager to learn and gain exposure to multiple operational departments.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word).
Proficiency in English; Italian is an advantage.
Based in Italy or eligible to work in Italy.
