Responsibilities

  • Connect with clients to understand their interests, travel preferences, and vacation goals
  • Research destinations, accommodations, cruises, tours, and travel experiences
  • Recommend travel options that align with client budgets, schedules, and expectations
  • Assist with coordinating travel arrangements, including lodging, transportation, activities, and vacation packages
  • Provide timely updates and support throughout the planning and booking process
  • Communicate professionally through phone, email, messaging platforms, and virtual meetings
  • Coordinate reservation details and confirmations with travel suppliers and partners
  • Maintain organized records of client interactions, itineraries, and booking information
  • Stay current on destination trends, supplier promotions, and industry developments
  • Deliver outstanding service designed to create a positive client experience from start to finish

Qualifications

  • Interest in customer service, hospitality, sales, travel, or client-facing roles
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment

  • Must be at least 18 years of age
