On-Site Engineer - Recent College Graduate

We are seeking a motivated, innovative recent engineering graduate to join our engineering team at one of our US office locations. This role is designed for individuals who have recently earned a bachelor's degree in engineering and are eager to apply their academic knowledge in a professional environment. The successful candidate will collaborate with experienced engineers, contribute to technical projects, and develop practical solutions that support business objectives.

Responsibilities

• Assist with engineering design, analysis, and project-related tasks under the guidance of experienced engineers
• Use engineering software, tools, and company resources to support project deliverables
• Support research, calculations, data collection, and project documentation efforts
• Apply critical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills to assigned work
• Demonstrate initiative, curiosity, and a willingness to learn new concepts and technologies
• Participate in training, professional development, and mentorship opportunities
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members regarding assignments and project progress
• Collaborate with colleagues across disciplines and departments to support project goals
• Complete assigned tasks within established timelines while maintaining organized project records
• Demonstrate reliability, professionalism, accountability, and a commitment to supporting team deadlines and objectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering
• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Revit software is a plus
