About This Opportunity
CTI Staffing is partnering with a leading aerospace and defense manufacturing organization to find an OCM Lead to support a major SAP S/4HANA transformation, fully remote with ET or CT hours availability.
This organization is executing a large-scale shift from manual, paper-based operations to a fully digital, system-driven manufacturing environment at a mission-critical repair facility. The role exists to make sure the people side of that change lands successfully, not just the technology. This is a business transformation role, not an IT deployment.
What You'll Do
- Develop and lead a comprehensive organizational change management strategy aligned to program goals
- Conduct stakeholder impact assessments and readiness evaluations across multiple business functions
- Build and manage change networks and champion programs to drive adoption on the ground
- Design and deliver communication plans and executive messaging that build confidence in the transformation
- Facilitate leadership alignment sessions to keep sponsorship consistent across the program
- Create a training strategy focused on real behavioral change, not just system walkthroughs
- Monitor adoption metrics and change risk, and define the sustainment model for after go-live
Requirements
What You Bring
Must-Have:
- Proven experience leading organizational change management on large-scale ERP transformations
- Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and related business processes across manufacturing, supply chain, and finance
- Demonstrated expertise in change communications strategy and stakeholder engagement at all organizational levels
- Experience in organizational design and transition planning
- Strong facilitation skills and ability to work across client, internal, and consulting teams
- Ability to assess training gaps and design behavioral change initiatives with clear sustainment models
Nice-to-Have:
- Participation in 5+ major SAP or similar ERP business change initiatives
- Leadership of 4+ large-scale business change initiatives
- Prior manufacturing or aerospace/defense transformation experience
- Familiarity with integrated enterprise systems environments beyond core SAP
- Experience managing change in mission-critical, high-risk go-live environments
Technical Environment:
- SAP S/4HANA and integrated enterprise systems supporting manufacturing, finance, and supply chain
What Success Looks Like:
- A documented, executive-aligned change strategy within the first 90 days
- An active champion/super-user network engaged and contributing to adoption
- A training approach that closes prior documentation and sustainment gaps ahead of go-live
