We are looking for someone to be an instrumental lead in growing our occupational therapy services across the Campbelltown region, supported by an incredible Regional Manager and Clinical Lead, you'll experience a varied caseload that includes developmental and acquired disabilities across the lifespan within NDIS, as well as aged care clients within Home Made. There will be plenty of opportunities to develop your functional capacity assessments, assistive technology prescriptions, home modification management and general therapy skills.

This is a fully work-from-home role offering genuine flexibility in how you manage your workday. While the role is remote, you’ll be part of our supportive and friendly Bankstown team, with the option to work from the Bankstown office whenever you’d like. We stay connected through fortnightly team meetings, which you’re welcome to attend either remotely or in person, whichever works best for you.


Day-to-day you will:

• Conduct meaningful assessments and design impactful therapy plans in diverse environments, from participants' homes to day centres, parks, and even at the beach
• Build enduring relationships with clients and witness the lasting impact of your work.
• Innovate and Collaborate: Whether you're dealing with complex cases, exploring new treatment approaches, or facing professional challenges, you'll have a whole multidisciplinary team in your corner.

You will also hold:

• Full AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist – limited may be considered on a case by case basis
• A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle
• An NDIS check, Working with Children Check, and Police Check (or willing to obtain)
• This role is open to Occupational Therapists with a minimum of 3 years post-grad experience
