Role Purpose

Support the SEO team to execute technical, link and content-based SEO tasks across a range of clients, and contribute to internal marketing initiatives. This role is suited to someone who is curious, hands-on, and motivated to learn and deliver outcomes.

Role Accountability

  • Assist the SEO team to execute technical, link and content-based SEO tasks.

  • Perform SEO keyword research.

  • Monitor performance trends and surface algorithm changes; measure and report impacts.

  • Research and implement SEO recommendations.

  • Research and analyse competitor landscapes.

  • Support link building campaigns in coordination with client SEO goals.

  • Support internal admin, content and marketing tasks (internal and clients).

  • Contribute to regular blog/article writing and support social content.

  • Assist with internal weekly newsletter creation.

Requires Knowledge & Skills

  • 5+ years of SEO experience (recent agency/freelance).

  • Hands-on experience with large websites (100K+ pages).

  • Tooling: GA, GSC, Screaming Frog, Ahrefs, SEMrush, AI SEO tools.

  • Strong communication and writing skills (client-facing).

  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

  • Strong collaboration in remote teams.

  • WordPress familiarity preferred.
