Therapy with Purpose is seeking a compassionate therapist who is committed to helping clients grow, heal, and work toward meaningful change.

Responsibilities

Provide individualized therapy within your qualifications and scope of practice.
Complete clinical assessments and develop treatment plans.
Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation.
Collaborate with providers and support staff to coordinate care.
Maintain a weekly active caseload of at least 12–15 clients.

Qualifications

Master’s degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or a related clinical field.
Appropriate active Arizona license or credential for the role.
Strong clinical judgment, communication, and organizational skills.
Commitment to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care.

Contract Compensation

Master’s-level therapist: 50/50 split, with supervision provided.
Independently licensed therapist: 60/40 split.

Splits represent the therapist’s share/practice’s share.
