Network Engineer

As a Network Engineer, you will help strengthen and scale the infrastructure that underpins secure, reliable connectivity across critical systems. This role sits at the intersection of cloud networking, security, and infrastructure automation, with meaningful impact on the stability and performance of environments that support a growing fintech platform.

Responsibilities

• Administer Palo Alto firewalls through PAN-OS and Panorama across environments.
• Design and maintain AWS VPC networking, including routing, subnets, and network ACLs.
• Manage networking infrastructure as code using Terraform and deployment pipelines.

Requirements

Requirements

• 5+ years of network engineering experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Palo Alto firewall administration, including PAN-OS and Panorama.
• Solid understanding of AWS networking fundamentals, including VPC, subnets, NACLs, routing, and Transit/Hub VPC patterns.
• Strong knowledge of Infrastructure as Code principles, with hands-on experience using Terraform to manage networking infrastructure.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Based in LATAM.

Bonus Skills

• Experience with VPN and IPSEC tunnel configuration across regions and remote sites.
• Solid foundation in traditional networking (routing, switching — CCNA-level or equivalent).
• Experience with Panorama lifecycle management (onboarding/offboarding firewalls, deployments, upgrades).
• Familiarity with PAN-OS CVE remediation and firewall upgrade processes.
• Familiarity with secrets and credential management tools (e.g., CyberArk for firewall and service account credentials).
• Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and multi-environment deployments (test/stage/prod).
• Experience working in hybrid environments (on-prem + AWS).
