The Network Contract Manager – Facility, helps develop the provider network of hospitals, ancillary entities and other facilities, yielding a geographically competitive, stable network with broad access, that achieves objectives for unit cost performance and trend management, and produces an affordable and predictable product for our customers, members and business partners. Network Contract Managers evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company contract templates, reimbursement structure standards, and other key process controls. Responsibilities also include establishing and maintaining solid business relationships with Hospital or Ancillary providers.
This role is responsible for Facility contracting in our Mid-Atlantic region, which may encompass the states of VA, WV, MD and DC across all our business segments - E&I/IEX (Employer & Individual and Individual Exchange), M&R (Medicare & Retirement) and C&S (Community & State). The role may include contracting with hospitals and health systems, ancillary and specialty providers as well as federally qualified health centers and/or rural health centers.
Required Hours: Monday-Friday 8am-5pm EST

This position prefers candidates living in the Mid-Atlantic Region (MD, DC, WV or VA area).

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). No matter where or when you begin a career with us, you’ll find a far-reaching choice of benefits and incentives. The salary for this role will range from $72,800 to $130,000 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
