Overview :
We are seeking an experienced Net Zero Cloud Administrator to support and enhance our sustainability reporting and carbon accounting platform. This role will be responsible for maintaining Salesforce Net Zero Cloud (NZC), managing carbon accounting data, supporting business stakeholders, troubleshooting platform issues, and ensuring the integrity of environmental reporting across Scope 1, Scope 2, and Scope 3 emissions.
The ideal candidate will possess strong Salesforce administration expertise combined with a solid understanding of sustainability reporting, greenhouse gas accounting, and ESG data management.
Key Responsibilities
Carbon Accounting & Environmental Data Management
Salesforce Net Zero Cloud Administration & Support
- Manage and support manual activity data uploads when automated integrations are unavailable.
- Configure, maintain, and optimize Net Zero Cloud components and Salesforce platform functionality.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, calculation anomalies, flow failures, and configuration-related incidents.
- Support software update deployments for Net Zero Cloud and Marketing Cloud releases.
- Maintain and enhance CRMA dashboards, datasets, and reporting capabilities.
Automation & Custom Business Logic Management
Maintain and enhance custom automations and sustainability calculations, including:
- Utility data prorating and calendarization logic for monthly reporting.
- Refrigerant loss estimation models.
- Vehicle mileage estimation calculations.
- Cost-to-fuel consumption conversion logic.
- Carbon allocation methodologies for stationary assets.
- Geographic mapping and regional assignment logic.
- Fuel type-to-asset mapping for vehicle and building assets.
- Renewable energy and Renewable Energy Credit (REC) processing logic.
Business Partner & Program Support
User Access & Security Administration
- Manage user provisioning and deprovisioning across Net Zero Cloud and connected Salesforce environments.
- Maintain permission sets, roles, profiles, and security configurations.
- Ensure platform compliance with internal security and governance standards.
Documentation, Governance & Compliance
Quality Assurance & Validation
- Perform quality assurance reviews on all uploaded datasets.
- Validate emissions calculations following system upgrades, emission factor updates, or configuration changes.
- Participate in testing and release validation activities.
Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications
Salesforce & Technical Expertise
- 5+ years of Salesforce Administration experience.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Net Zero Cloud implementation and administration.
