Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

LifeSource Water Systems, the fastest growing residential water treatment company in the US, is seeking highly motivated Bilingual (Spanish) Phone Sales Representatives to work from home and join our elite, high-performing team.

What will you earn:

· Our Inside Sales team members are expected to earn a minimum of $150,000 per year through weekly commissions and monthly incentives.

· Yearly Bonus/Recognition & Incentive Programs.

· Top Producers earn over $200k.

Requirements

What we are looking for:

• Excellent phone sales experience.
• A positive attitude, with a high level of confidence.
• A minimum of 4 years inside sales experience.
• A team player who appreciates a positive culture.
• Exceptional communication skills and proficiency with CRM and Excel.
