The National Association of State Departments of Agriculture (NASDA) is seeking a dependable, motivated Enumerator Coach to support a team of agricultural survey Enumerators.
In this part-time leadership role, you will help ensure that agricultural survey data is collected accurately, consistently, and objectively. The information collected supports farmers, ranchers, rural communities, agricultural organizations, and decision-makers across the country.
As an Enumerator Coach, you will serve as a trusted resource for Enumerators by providing coaching, training, technical assistance, and quality-control support throughout the data-collection process.

The Enumerator Coach reports to an assigned NASDA Manager and provides leadership, guidance, and support to a team of up to 20 Enumerators.
You will help Enumerators successfully complete agricultural surveys by answering questions, providing training and technical assistance, reviewing completed work, and helping resolve issues that arise during data collection.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems, teaching others, and maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

Successful candidates will demonstrate strong communication, leadership, organization, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.
Salary starts at $22.09 per hour, with approximately 20–30 hours of work per week.
