MS SharePoint Architect with French

We are seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect (CSA) specializing in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and Copilot to drive digital workplace transformation initiatives for enterprise customers. The successful candidate will act as a trusted technical advisor, helping customers modernize collaboration platforms, migrate legacy SharePoint environments, implement AI-powered productivity solutions using Microsoft Copilot, and maximize adoption of Microsoft 365 services. 

Key Responsibilities 

Modern Work Architecture 

• Design and architect enterprise-scale Microsoft 365 solutions. 

• Lead modernization initiatives from on-premises collaboration platforms to Microsoft 365. 

• Develop governance, security, and compliance strategies for collaboration workloads. 

• Create technical roadmaps aligned to customer business objectives. 

• Deliver architecture reviews and strategic advisory workshops. 

SharePoint Expertise 

• Design, deploy, and optimize SharePoint Online environments. 

• Support migration programs from:  

• SharePoint Server 2013 

• SharePoint Server 2016 

• SharePoint Server 2019 

• File Shares 

• Legacy ECM platforms 

• Implement intranet, document management, knowledge management, and collaboration solutions. 

• Define information architecture, content lifecycle, metadata, taxonomy, and governance frameworks. 

• Optimize performance, search experiences, and content discoverability. 

Microsoft 365 Solutions 

• Architect solutions leveraging:  

• SharePoint Online 

• OneDrive for Business 

• Lead tenant-level assessments and optimization initiatives. 

• Design hybrid coexistence and migration strategies. 

• Define adoption and change management plans. 

Copilot & AI Enablement 

• Guide customers through Microsoft Copilot adoption journeys. 

• Conduct Copilot readiness assessments. 

• Design data security and governance foundations required for Copilot deployments. 

• Advise on:  

• Semantic Index 

• SharePoint Content Readiness 

• Identify AI-powered use cases that improve productivity and business processes. 

• Execute executive and end-user Copilot workshops. 

Customer Engagement 

• Serve as the primary technical advisor for strategic customers. 

• Facilitate architecture workshops, planning sessions, and design reviews. 

• Present solutions to technical and executive audiences. 

• Build trusted advisor relationships with business and IT stakeholders.
