About the role

Replika is growing fast, and paid social is one of the biggest drivers of that growth. The ads people see on TikTok, Meta, and YouTube are often their first impression of Replika — and this role owns the motion behind them.

You’ll design and animate video ads and UGC creatives for our paid campaigns, working on a small growth team alongside producers and user acquisition managers. You’ll take a concept, turn it into a finished ad, put it live, and iterate based on how it performs — treating channel data and results as creative input, not an afterthought. It’s fast-paced and high-volume, and you own the craft from idea to final cut.

The goal is simple: creative that stops the scroll, gets people to try Replika, and looks and feels like Replika while doing it.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Concept and animate video ads and UGC creatives for paid social — from first idea to finished, ready-to-run ad — for Meta, TikTok, YouTube, and wherever attention moves next.

  • Bring your own concepts and hooks to the table — spot fresh angles, pitch them, and turn the best ones into ads worth testing.

  • Explore a range of creative styles — from polished motion to raw, native-feeling UGC — to find what breaks through.

  • Produce a steady stream of new creative and variations at the pace paid social demands, without dropping quality.

  • Work with producers and UAMs, and keep an eye on what’s working across the market, to turn briefs into winners — and winners into more winners.

  • Create and maintain an appealing, consistent Replika presence across social media.

  • Own the motion craft of our paid creative end-to-end: set the bar, ship fast, and keep raising it.

What We're Looking For

  • A strong motion design portfolio (a portfolio of ad creatives that performed in real paid campaigns is a plus).

  • Hands-on mastery of After Effects, Figma, and the rest of the Adobe Creative Suite — plus whatever visual editing tools get the job done.

  • Good taste and a strong eye for composition, colour, and easing — the details that make motion polished and pleasant to watch.

  • A feel for ad structure — hook, emotion, CTA — and the pacing and timing that hold attention in the first few seconds.

  • A knack for making stop-scrollers that still make Replika look and feel on brand.

  • You actively use AI models across your work — image, video, and sound — and know how to weave them into your workflow to get the best possible results out of generated media.

  • A real interest in the product and the people who use it.

  • You’re fast and self-directed. You ship, you learn, you tighten. No hand-holding.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (C1 or higher preferred).

Bonus Points

  • Comfort with vibe-coding — building little tools or automating parts of your workflow to save time. No CS background needed.

  • A solid understanding of the different AI models out there, and a habit of keeping up as the industry moves.

  • You’re proactive with ideas and can write your own hooks and short ad scripts.

  • You’re comfortable digging into ad performance data in Meta Ads Manager to see what’s working and why.

  • Fluent in internet culture — you know what’s funny, shareable, and trending, and can turn it into creative fast.
