We’re looking for a passionate, driven and customer-obsessed Mobile Lending Specialist to join our growing team in Townsville. In this flexible, on-the-road role, you’ll bring personalised banking to life — meeting customers where they are, building trusted local relationships and helping more people across North Queensland achieve their home ownership goals.

This is not your typical desk job. As a Mobile Lending Specialist, you’ll be out in the community in your Beyond Bank-branded car — connecting with customers at times and places that suit them best, from the heart of Townsville to the Northern Beaches, Douglas, Kirwan, Annandale and surrounding North Queensland communities. You’ll be the local face of Beyond Bank, delivering tailored lending solutions with energy, expertise and a personal touch.

As a Mobile Lending Specialist based in Townsville, you’ll be energised by getting out into the community, building strong business and referral networks across North East Queensland, attracting new customers and deepening relationships with existing ones. You’ll be a confident local ambassador for Beyond Bank, promoting our profile and brand through trusted conversations, meaningful connections and exceptional service. You will have:

You will be part of Beyond Bank’s national lending channel - a connected, high-performing team focused on growing our home lending presence and delivering exceptional customer outcomes across Australia. While you’ll have the freedom and flexibility to build strong relationships across Townsville and North East Queensland, you won’t be doing it alone. You’ll be supported with ongoing coaching, clear sales leadership, access to a dedicated loan fulfilment team, and a mobile coordination team to help with lead allocation, pipeline support and customer connection. Together, we’ll help you stay focused on what you do best: building relationships, having great lending conversations and helping customers achieve their home ownership goals.
